Developed by Headwaters Development Company LLC and constructed by Headwaters Construction, Inc. in 2005, this exciting athletic facility contains a large open gymnastics teaching area, two dance studios, a swimming pool, offices and a retail facility. The tilt concrete structure with slate tile wainscot features a hybrid roof system.

The project was designed, developed and sold producing a ±20 percent IRR to investors.
