The Napa Commerce Center Industrial Park is a 218-acre industrial park. Developed by Headwaters Development Company LLC in association with RREEF America, this planned 2,000,000 s.f. rail served park is situated at the intersection of the main highways serving Napa region and adjacent to the Napa Airport. The project is currently going through review by the local planning agencies. Construction on the first building (645,000 s.f.) is planned for summer of 2008.
