Developed in 2005 by Headwaters Development Company LLC and constructed by Headwaters Construction, Inc., this 14,894 s.f. facility for Goodwill Industries of Sacramento Valley and Northern Nevada, Inc. represents a new generation of their existing facilities—built with the same spirit the organization was founded on. Welcomed by a large, well-lit retail area, the facility boasts a warehouse/sorting area, truck docks for shipping and receiving merchandise and a drive through covered donation area. The building is concrete tilt construction with concrete slab, slate tile wainscot, built-up roof, relief and trim with stucco and textured finishes. As with other Headwater's projects, this building includes several energy efficient features such as dual pane low-e glass.
