The Galilee Road Business Park is an infill project situated on an industrial zone parcel of approximately 3.8 acres. This unique project consists of 4 concrete tilt-up buildings, for a project total of 37,640 s.f. The buildings were divided into 16 industrial condominium units. The buildings with clear heights ranging from 14' to 20' were constructed with concrete tilt walls on concrete slab with a hybrid roof system. All of the units were sold prior to completion.
